  • Invoices to insurers are processed electronically via Healthcode, the UK's official medical bill clearing company, enabling validation before submission. Combined with our extensive knowledge of clinical coding and insurers’ rules and contracts, we ensure a much higher percentage of invoices are accepted first time.
  • Invoices to patients for shortfalls in payments by insurers are issued electronically. The shortfall is automatically identified when payment is received from the insurer.

  • Our web portal and app enable you to submit data such as clinic lists, details for invoicing and insurance correspondence.
  • We provide you with monthly status reports and relevant data ad hoc for tax returns etc.
