Richard is the driving force behind Patient Billing. He has worked within the medical billing industry for over 10-years and founded Patient Billing in 2018. During his career he has gained extensive knowledge of private healthcare and the major stakeholders – patients, insurance companies, embassies, hospital groups and clinicians. Richard ensures the company operates according to his strongest principle of putting each patient at the centre of everything, treating them with care and respect to make their journey easier. Richard is also a trustee of two patient-focused charities.

Rob is an experienced business manager with an extensive background in the UK private healthcare sector, working with mainstream medical insurers and both private clinicians and hospitals. He has a passion for exploiting new technology in the sector and is responsible for the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for Patient Billing.

Nikki oversees the consultant operations side of the business. She has worked in the medical billing industry for 10-years and has a vast amount of knowledge. Nikki is responsible for the day-to-day running of our office. She has a passion for excellent customer service and ensures our team look after our clients to the best possible standard.

Sean has over 16-years of revenue cycle management experience within the private healthcare sector, including a number of years in both billing and credit control departments. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our facility services.
